We didn't interact with any staff as we had a late check in, but Bruna was lovely via messaging with instructions on what to do for that and any other questions we had. Our stay was lovely as always, with our only complaint being that the single king bed was actually two singles pushed together. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, but it was just not the best surprise. We'll absolutely be staying here again.

Great accommodations for my stay in TO. So easy to get around given transit options so close - subway, buses. Also so many options for food as it’s so close to Yonge street.
