I paid $497 on Saturday for a room with whirlpool. The room smelled like cigarette, the bed was noisy since it was wood, and uncomfortable. The whirlpool was disgusting, very old and had brown marks. I booked this hotel as I attended a wedding nearby and stayed the night. But if you are paying $497 you are better off paying it at Novotel or a different hotel for extra $50 bucks. Trust me, is not worth staying here for that high price. My room number was 202. So if you getting that, switch.

The water pressure coming out of the shower was almost non-existent, only one ice machine in the hotel worked, the slide in the pool was shut down and not all of the jets in the hot tub worked. The final issue was that you couldn’t charge anything to your room, including meals and items from the hotel store.

Upon check in, due to a computer glitch, my 2 Queen bedroom was not available. Therefore, a King room was given. A cot was brought to our room by a man who offered terrible customer service. I asked if I could receive any bedding, sheets, blankets, pillows etc. He said housekeeping does not work at night and we don't have any. I was forced to sleep on the cot without any bedding or pillows. I would have much rather have slept in my car. Only giving this a 2 star because the front ladies I dealt with were great. I understand computer errors, however, the health and safety of your guests should be priority and not being able to accommodate bedding is a red flag. If you’re looking to stay for comfort, don't choose this hotel. If you’re looking for a good breakfast, then maybe?
This is how I slept. The blanket on the chair? That was one of the blankets from the King bed that I didn’t use as I had 2 other family members with me.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. I was unwell and hoping to get some rest, but the housekeepers were loudly chatting right outside my room (Room 210) around 2 PM while cleaning nearby rooms, making it hard to rest. Our key card didn’t work properly throughout the stay. Despite asking for help five times, the issue was never resolved, which was very frustrating. When we requested water, we were simply told to get it from the washroom. This level of service is not what I expect from a Hilton property.

It’s very easy access to the major hwys. Close to wonderland and subway is a block away. Only complaint the spa was clear water but the pool was not it was a bit hazy. Staff was great very courteous. Food at the restaurant was very good.

Horrible stay over all. There computer systems were down and they would not allow my early check in as requested and approved many days prior to my stay. Upon first entry to my room there was used toilet paper still in my toilet. The door keys were not working and on multiple occasions was locked out of my room and required going to the main desk to get someone to let me back in. This continued for my three night stay. The pool was disgusting, murky, and barely enough water to allow to system to work. The water level was so low that the skimmers were above water. After informing the front desk of this they proceeded to do nothing about the state of the pool. Upon check out when requesting compensation for the inconvenience the manager continued to argue with me and deny compensation. After arguing he finally agreed to compensate me a small sum. I was staying with others who were compensated 1 nights stay. The manager refused to do this for me and stated he cannot do it for everyone. I continued to express my disapproval when he stated he was not going to give me anything. I have still not received my receipt for my stay which was over 3 days ago. Needless to say I will never be staying at this hotel again which was once my go to hotel while staying in Vaughan.

Staff were excellent given their entire systems were down. Still made an easy checkin. Room is clean. Just a little older bathroom.

Oversold and the 2 queen room we reserved was not available so I had to sleep on a pull out couch which was not comfortable. They did give us complimentary breakfast and staff was very nice and the hotel itself was good. Their system was down so there was no wifi available. Staff was doing their best but the room situation was very annoying as I very intentionally booked a 2 bed room for two unrelated adults and the sofa bed was terrible

We have stayed here before and enjoy it. It is safe, quiet and clean. The lady that cleaned our room was awesome. She was very friendly and happy. Only downsides of this vist were the water pressure in the shower in our room and the internet was down for 2 days therefore my teens couldn't connect and were upset about it. Everything else was great as usual.

Great hotel in an amazing location. The only thing, and I meant to tell staff before we left was to have a look at entry door of the room. It always closed very heavy and loud. It was never a concern for us, more just those in adjoining rooms hearing the slamming door. The positive was you know the door was closed…

I saved and spent over 400 for a hot tub fit for a child. Charged for bottled water in the room. 5.50 for a small diet coke. Onechair in the room and water from another floor was so loud. I ahve stayed at 150 anight and had a much more valued room. Money was saved up for this

Even though the customer service was impeccable, there were things that made our stay not that positive. The heat in the corridors, the heat in the elevators, the noise from the corridors and the rooms around ours. The mattress was so so uncomfortable. I do not think I would stay here again. For the price charged, it really was below expectations.

Never had an issue at a Hilton property before this one. Blood on the blanket, so unlikely they washed them. The alarm clock in the room went off at 5am which we didn’t set. they clearly don’t do much before they stage rooms for new guests. Beds are rocks! Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is in a great location if you don’t want to stay in downtown TO as it’s right across the street from the subway. Service was excellent and very receptive. I was shocked they still did daily house keeping as I haven’t experienced that since Covid. The property is older but in good condition. 4 star rating as the pool desperately needs to be cleaned.

Great location for the Vaughan subway. Very uncomfortable bed, flat pillows. Felt like the bed was broken. Lots of noise from cars on hwy 7 and noisy hallways Expensive for what we experienced.

The location was great for what we wanted it for but the hotel is quite dated and not the cleanest. We decided to only use the hot tub as the pool was quite murky and dirty. We requested pool towels multiple times for over an hour as there was none in the pool area, with the front desk as well as housekeepers in the area. We were told they were coming but never did. Finally after my 3rd trip to the front desk soaking wet, someone brought a few. Would I stay again? Not likely. There are other hotels in the area that I would give my business to in the future.
