According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. Underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
