Perfectly situated near Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson’s Bay, Eaton Centre, Nathan Phillips Square, multiple subway stations (Queen, King, Osgoode), the financial district, and the PATH. everything you need is just moments away.
Hey! Just a heads up before you book: you'll need to grab your keys from a Keycafe in a convenience store, which is about a 2-minute walk from my place.
Note: theres one bedroom and bathroom that are locked for the owner's use, so they're off-limits for guests.

➤ Just a heads up: one more bedroom and bathroom are locked for the owner's use, so they're off-limits for guests other than that the guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

For those seeking culture and recreation, iconic landmarks like the CN Tower, Art Gallery of Ontario, and waterfront are just a short stroll or transit ride away. Parks and green spaces are also nearby, providing a perfect urban escape.
Walking: Most attractions, dining spots, and shops are within a short walk.
Public Transit: The TTC subway and streetcars are just steps away, making the city easy to navigate.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
