"Alessandro e Teresa ci hanno davvero deliziati con la loro gentilezza. Ci hanno accolto con un cesto di prodotti locali ma poi, una volta la focaccia locale, poi i pasticciotti pugliesi per colazione. Beh, ci hanno davvero viziato fin dall'inizio anche con delle belle dritte su come muoversi. Se poi aggiungiamo che la villa è vicina al mare ma in un contesto di natura e discrezione direi che abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo. "Room was clean. Staff with bad attitude. Get annoyed when asked questions. Old man in charge of dining room miserable and unapproachable. Stayed before going on cruise and then after cruise. Second time arrived around 9:30am. My sister and friend took a coffee and juice while waiting to be checked in. The old man got annoyed knowing that it was the end of breakfast and “supposedly” the prefilled juice has to be discarded. Unless they save it for the next day?. On check out they charged us the coffee and juice. Pitiful. We left at 4am and asked and received breakfast boxes but no coffee. Front desk staff not very helpful when asking directions giving only one-two word answers. It was 4 of us, we wanted to sit together at the table. The old man with a bad attitude threw 2 extra table mats and additional silverware when I politely asked. They don’t make u feel welcome. Terrible customer service. They only cater to the Italian speaking customers. Probably they don’t need our business. I will never come back to this hotel. They should learn from American hospitality. We are not arrogant and treat everyone equally. Good things: hotel was clean and next to train station."

"Excellent holiday in a great property. The owners were very friendly and our room was excellent, very clean and modern with all appliances working properly. The air conditioning was very good in both rooms and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a nice surprise. The location cannot be faulted, 5 minutes from the centre of the old town meant we could come and go throughout the day. Another bonus was the small shop 25metres from the property, there aren’t many in the town so having one so close was a godsend. Loved it."

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The hotel location was excellent, but the highlight of my stay was the care and attention shown by the entire staff, who went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible experience. I highly recommend it!"
