Clean rooms with an "American" hospitality kind of feel. All amenities you'd find at your big American chains. I was upgraded to a high floor with amazing views of the Palace! Thank you so much!"

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen offered. Loads of choice and really good quality. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay and would use again if returning to this brilliant city."
