"This is a traditional country motel which follows the classic U shaped configuration with ample parking in the centre space. The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly. The rooms are traditional, with older furniture and fittings but clean, bright and spacious. Everything worked perfectly including the TV, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The shower was simple to use, powerful and stable with the temperature. The motel is on the edge of town, but only a few minutes by car to a small but adequate number of facilities including Country Club (Bowlo), pub, Chinese restaurant / takeaway and the Woolworths Supermarket and BWS Bottleshop. You could easily walk it in about ten minutes. We had a delicious roast dinner at the Commercial Hotel / Pub - and good value too. There are other food / drink outlets, but some have limited opening hours, so you need to take note. The in room breakfast at the Ship was included in the booking and included cereal, muesli bars, juicebox and milk. Tea and coffee included too. Rooms were serviced daily - a rarity these days since COVID. We stayed for 5 nights and found it to be comfortable, quiet and most welcoming, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. "

"The setup of this cottage is very unique individual cabin, spacious, quite, safe, easy to locate. The layout of the bed room is different to living which what we like the most."

"We've had a great stay at the motel. - Check in and out was super easy. Instead of using a key/ card to get in your room, the place uses a number lock which they provided the code to you during check in. We had a late check in, which was also an easy process by informing them about this earlier where they send us the code via text instead. - Room was recently renovated. It's spacious, modern and clean. Comfy pillows and beddings. Spacious bathroom as well - Inside the room has everything we need. Hair dryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, capsule coffee machine (capsule peovided), coffee, tea, 2 pack of milk, shampoo, conditioner, soaps etc. - Parking is right in front of our room Overall a very pleasant stay!"

The cottage is very well equipped with everything and more that you need to help you utilise your stay.The cottage garden is beautiful to look at through the kitchen windows. We'll equipped kitchen, comfy bed, hot shower and secure, attractive and peaceful backyard, with lovely view over neighbouring farm (complete with cows, which fascinated my dogs!). Wasn't cold enough for a fire, but all the stuff was there to make one, which was nice! "
