"I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen Convention Center. It rained the entire time, so I didn’t get to use the pool, but everything else about the hotel was excellent. The property is clean, comfortable, and well‑kept. I want to give special recognition to Sebastian at the front desk. I had just purchased new rocking chairs and was worried about leaving them in my truck during a major thunderstorm. Sebastian immediately offered to store them safely in the conference room overnight to protect them from the weather and from being stolen. That level of service and care really stood out, and I’m very appreciative. Even with the bad weather, the stay was smooth and stress‑free. I would definitely stay here again."
