"This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG."

"My family came home for Christmas and we stayed here to have room for the 8 of us. The check-in process was easy and the host was quick to respond to our needs, including supplying us with extra items (dishes & towels). We also appreciated other things provided that we would need (paper towels, tissues, utensils, soap, pots, dishes, silverware, etc) Upon entering the home, it looked very homey, nicely decorated and we loved the fireplace! My son-in-law is 6'4 and had to bend down to avoid some...

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."

"A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. "We rented this property as a family needing to return to Ohio for a funeral. If you have a dog or young child, this location is ideal as it is located alongside Copland Park. You will find the owners easy to communicate with and the property neat, clean and extremely well appointed. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Poor communication, changed our location twice once on within the hour of checking in, causing us to check in later than planned. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. Would not go back and would have gone to another property if one had been available. VRBO was difficult to get ahold...

Another guest was smoking cigarettes in their room and I told the staff at the front desk. Seemed like it was taken care of because the smell dissipated after running the vent in the bathroom.
