"Their services are very heart warming and flexible. They picked us up at the late of the night, plus they provided welcome snacks and souvenirs too. If I give them an advice for improving, it is cleanliness. The property is obviously old, therefore they should be care about maintenance more. Other than that it is amazing."

"Okayama Koraku Hotel is conveniently located, approx 10 min walk from the train station. Its about a 15 min walk to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Gardens.Theres lots of restaurants close by. The hotel is modern with art displays on every floor. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. The staff are very friendly. We appreciated the free use of their bicycles. I highly recomment this hotel."
