The hotel offers direct airport drop-off/ pick up via bus limousine. If you have kids, like me, this is the place! Most restaurants allow kids/strollers. Will definitely come back!"

"Great location, 5 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station (2nd largest station in Tokyo). Quiet, could not hear neighbours or outside traffic (we were on the 13th floor). Air conditioning was awesome. Washer & Dryer available though it did get busy later in the evening and you would have to wait but there is a laundromat 2 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very courteous and one of them was so helpful explaining how to navigate the subway station. Room was tight for 3 people but that's Tokyo."
