"I very much appreciated the staff helping us getting checked in and explaining how everything works, they made us feel very welcome. Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool. I would love to stay at the Ueno MONday again sometime & will recommend highly to my friends and family."

"Great location, 5 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station (2nd largest station in Tokyo). Quiet, could not hear neighbours or outside traffic (we were on the 13th floor). Air conditioning was awesome. Washer & Dryer available though it did get busy later in the evening and you would have to wait but there is a laundromat 2 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very courteous and one of them was so helpful explaining how to navigate the subway station. Room was tight for 3 people but that's Tokyo."

There are numerous restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The apartment itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were also exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. I had such a great time that I am already looking forward to my next visit.
