"The first person I spoke with was rude because I was overcharged, and he was consistently reluctant to assist me with this concern. Also, my friend and I requested double beds and were given a queen-size bed. We then had to wait until the next day to be placed in the correct room. I'm still dealing with trying to get my money back. They do not do refunds or date changes, so please be mindful! Also, they do have an option for a drive to pick you up, and it's 75 euros, so keep that in mind as well!"

The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
