「Perfect location for downtown Toledo!」

「Room was very nice and perfect for my time. Price was also great. Very comfortable all around.」

「Everything was seamless. 」

「Towel bar was broken which we were notified about, but dirt and drywall dust on the bathroom floor was left untouched.Entry code we were given never worked, we managed to get another one to work after some 20 minutes standing at the entry door and a few phone conversations with host. It's a "blast from the past" unit with a fresh coat of paint. Exhaust fan in the shower does not work (or we were not able to find a switch?), Bathroom sink still has separate hot and cold water faucets (pre-WW2?),...

「It's a very clean and nice place to stay, we loved it」

「Loved the location of the property the tranquil peaceful surrounding was almost unexplainable by what I felt from grounding and reconnecting with Nature, Also the convience of Maumee State Park and the Beach is literally a 15 minute Drive」

「Very clean and neat, well laid out. Spacious as well.」

「Not easily impressed but this place felt consistent for its price range, nothing fancy but everything functional and clean with heating working well throughout stay.」

「The Host was a great communicator. This place was really clean and tucked in the "downtown" area. The free parking across the street was convenient and close. The only thing I would have to say, is I slept in the "front" room and I did hear every car that went by, and the delivery truck across the street at 5:30am, but my niece stayed in the back bedroom and said she didn't hear a thing, but overall this wasn't a deal breaker for me. The snacks were a nice treat and I would recommend staying...

「Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. 」
