The air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot. The laundry mats were very inconvenient and the dryers didn’t work well (it took about 2 hours to dry each load) and there weren’t enough machines, so everyone was waiting. It wasn’t a very good operation.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and easy walk to Shinjuku station. We had a spacious twin room. We were on the 29th floor with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we were unable to go on the balcony with Godzilla.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
First time to Japan and this was a great resting spot. I loved the amenities table in the lobby. Good selection of restaurants and convenience stores in the lower floors. A little bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station (12 minutes) but very easy.
