「Lovely warm welcome, friendly and extremely inviting greeting. The breakfast was wholesome well presented and delicious. Rob was agreat host, nothing was to much trouble. Great nights sleep, the rooms and other amenities where spotlessly clean. Would we stay again, you bet we would. It was a pleasure to have met Rob and to have stayed as his guest, he made us most welcome. 」

「What a novel way of using the basement of the building to provide 5 star quality rooms. Absolutely excellent. All the staff were very helpful, smart and friendly. The breakfast was of such quantity that for the very first time in all my hotel visits I was not able to leave clean plates!」

「スタッフは親切だったけど、能力は問題あり。（１）チェックインに３０分もかかった。（２）帰国の際、飛行機が朝早かったので、前日に朝６時に朝食を予約したが、当日６時にレストランに行くと、６時４５分からしか提供できないと言われた。 ２回止まったけど、２回とも騒音があった。スタッフに告げると２回とも直ったが。 朝食は豊富でおいしかった。」
