The lift was out of order while I was there, there was also a strong smell of drains or babies nappies along the corridor. The room itself was adequate and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyable stay, made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very clean with housekeeping attending to the room everyday. The location is ideal for Manchester Picadilly, for the Arndale shopping centre and for the Northern Quarter. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Spa is excellent although it was super busy.
The check-in wasn’t great. There was a queue of people almost out the door and the second check-in member of staff arrived at her desk 10 mins after check-in began. She then faffed about for a few minutes with her file and computer as the queue grew.
It’s not a great first impression.

"Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Room basic but clean. Excellent shower. Free parking very useful. Excellent breakfast, wide selection of food items, freshly prepared and breakdast staff were friendly and attentive."
