「The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. 「Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city...

「we needed something for the night close to the airport, we had stayed before at the Hostal Mariscal Sugre.. and found the beds. They’re horrible… so we thought we would try somewhere close and cheap…. The beds were better, the breakfast was not too bad., we had to walk a little bit to get dinner.. but it was a Shawarma place and it was actually very good… staff was pretty good but there’s a highway just behind the hotel so you will get over some light highway sound. We just put in some earplugs...

They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option.」

「Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our stay, but as soon as I walked in to the bathroom, I saw black mold. I am glad we were only there for about 10 hours. The location was not great, very noisy all night, we barely slept, and did not seem like the safest place to go out at night. There were 3 or 4 locks on the door. We left too early for breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable. It’s the black mold that did it for us. Gross.」
