"Excelente "

"Huge property, several acres of land. The room was very nice and updated."

"Room had a gorgeous view of the estate, the buffet was absolutely delicious, the Sor Juana museum and tour guide were so informative and friendly, and the price is so so so reasonable for everything the Hacienda offers"

"Great hotel, exceeding our expectations after reading some of the negative reviews. We’re cyclists from Australia and found the staff welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, had extra blankets and plenty of water bottles. A few restaurants nearby as the hotel restaurant is no longer open. We enjoyed our stay ! "

"Habitación decuidada Y el baño se cerró la puerta y no podía salir mi esposa, tuvimos que forzar la puerta antes de tirarla PESIMO"

"Exceptional service! The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended! "

"Clean room , walking distance to food and Cuemanco trajinera rides."

"Es un hotel para adultos, si buscas descansar es un poco difícil ya que hay muchos ruidos durante las noches, música, risas, voces fuertes y otros ruidos"

"The room was super clean and food was delicious"

"There were no space to h .1"

"No recommended atmosphere ."

"Located in a quiet corner of town, this hotel offers secure gated parking just half a block away. While the bathroom sink has only cold water, the shower provides hot water with excellent pressure. Great coffee and sweet bread is available from 8:30–10:30am. Despite cold, 50°F nights making the bed chilly initially, the bedding is very comfortable once warmed up. From our room on the second floor you get a wake up call from the crowing roosters."
