Way better than a regular hotel. Great pools, gym and tennis court.

Its a great family resort. I would recommend to bring a small grocery for breakfast so you don't spend that much money in the parks. The room was clean. We had issue with the showers and we called and the fixed it before we came back from the parks.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and welcoming — a great first impression after a long day of travel. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the space felt larger than expected for a resort property. Housekeeping kept the room refreshed throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to Disney, easy access to highways, and still peaceful. Perfect for both theme park adventures and relaxing resort days. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The combination of comfort, amenities, and service makes Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress a top choice in Orlando.

Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast Val took more than 30 minutes to fetch vehicles. Staff was not friendly atmosphere was loud at all hours of the day. The temperature outside was cold. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool.
