「This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony.
The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes.
We look forward to another stay in the coming years.

「The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. 」
「We were originally booked in Lucerne, but after a less-than-ideal hotel experience, we made a last-minute switch to Villa Honegg—and it did not disappoint. Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious.
