I picked the hotel because of the price, Free Parking, and it was a 15-minute walk to the DTD entrance of Disneyland. This entrance is a LOT less crowded in the morning, and walking through DTD before hitting the Parks is just more relaxing. I'm giving a 3-Star review because regardless of price, rooms should be clean, and listed amenities should work. This was not the case. Wi-Fi didn't work for 3 days, causing me to add a roaming plan to my phone. Also, the shower curtain had mold at the bottom, and the bed protector had questionable stains on it. Otherwise, the rest of the room was very clean, the bedding and bed was comfortable, had good water pressure and hot water in the morning, excellent parking lot lighting at night, really good staff, and the Air Conditioner is probably the best I've seen at cooling a room FAST. NOTE that this is a budget hotel and you should expect things like chips and scratches and curling iron / coffee maker burns on some of the surfaces.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

Arriving, I struggled to get my luggage up the steep stairs & was surprised that the guy at the top, who was standing there watching me, didn't offer to help. He opened the door & that was the extent of it. I was told my room would be ready in less than an hour so when an hour came & went I checked in again at the front desk and the young man immediately said it wasn't ready yet. I then decided to sit in the lobby instead of out by the pool, and within a minute, the room magically became ready. Overall the rooms are nice and huge and Laura was great at resolving an issue with an employee looking into my window. It would have been nice to have someone mention the ipad turned off all the lights, I fumbled around way too long looking for switches that didn't exisit. I was surprised at how many kids were playing in the pool morning noon & night considering it felt like a more adult/boutique vibe hotel. I didn't feel like I could swim and relax. The breakfast cost is very high, and the eggs in my omelet were overcooked. It came with a side of bacon, but instead, the chef put it in my omelet, and it was chewy. The sweet paprika overwhelmed the side of potatoes so overall I ate about 3 bites and left the rest. $68 later after a $12 cup of coffee & tip I came away vowing never to eat there again. Upon departure, I again wrestled my luggage downstairs by the pool as an employee who had a vacuum in the walkway didn't offer to help. Overall, I'd say the service was poor for the price.

Staff was well accommodated and went above and beyond to help us find great places to visit in the area. We will definitely be back!

This hotel has a really cool weekend vibe and was a great place to arrive for our stay on a Saturday. Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience.
