This is a beautiful place to stay, whether you want to enjoy tranquility or have fun with friends and family. You can easily imagine yourself by the pool reading a book, enjoying the relaxing hill view and having fun with friends by the outside barbecue, or simply having a glass of wine by the firepit. It takes only 30 min to the beach, 40 min to Pula and all the museums and shopping, and 10 min to the nearest winery, adrenalin park, or Dino park and Istralandia for kids.
The space
Indoor:
The Villa consists of a living room, kitchen, a big dining table for 10, a toilet with a separate shower and a spa with a jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool that opens to the outside on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a bathtub and a private small balcony. There is a bigger balcony shared between other rooms.
Outdoor:
In the backyard is the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, lounge, fire pit and a big lawn. Outdoor dining and cooking/barbequing are possible in the pool house. There is also an outdoor shower and a toilet in the pool house.
In front, there is a gated parking space big enough for three cars.
Guest access
The whole property is for the guests.
Other things to note
The villa is recommended for 8 adults. However, the additional 2 folding beds are big enough for adults and, with a little inconvenience, it can accommodate 10 adults.

Pool heating option not included in less than 5-night stay.

A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or a bank transfer. Your deposit will be refunded on checkout, subject to an inspection of the property
