"Cheap and cheerful come to mind. Closest to Cardiff Airport is big plus. They have a wonderful restaurant with very reasonable food and service (good thing as there is nothing else around.) "We had the cooked English breakfast and the eggs royal, which were both excellent. We also enjoyed the generous range of cereals, pastries, breads and drinks available. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the room was very clean with stunning views."
