"Pretty central for town clean tidy nice atmosphere . Unfortunately car park small so had to use public parking (free 18-00 to 08-00) and the pillows weren't very comfortable "

"Basic hotel but absolutely fine. Good value for money and great location. Be aware the Room 1 is over the kitchen and their air conditioner produces loud buzzing noise in the room until late. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. "

"Nice cottage , few cob webs around, could of been warmer inside, was asked not to turn boiler temperature above 40c, main road is quite close to cottage so can hear cars going past, overall pretty good experience."

"Nicely put together house. Handy for Oakham town centre, shops, pubs etc. 20 mins to Burghley House. Comfy beds. However, please do provide guests with a bit more info about what’s what in the house…A long mirror in the double room and a loo brush in the bathroom would be useful additions"
