Surfers Perch: Amazing Pacific Ocean Views

  • Relax and unwind at Surfer’s Perch. Expansive windows on both levels provide some of the best views of the Pacific Ocean, Oceanside Beach, and the Three Arch Rocks. The panoramic view stretches from Cape Lookout to the Oceanside village homes. At times you may see bald eagles, whale spouts, and fishing boat lights. And of course, the Surfers. Hence the name, Surfer's Perch. ;-)

    Solar gain and advanced zonal heat pumps will add to your comfort in any weather.
