The staff was very nice and helpful! I enjoyed the lounge area they had downstairs. They provided water, coffee, and some games. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was near some fun places. You could hear music playing all night long but I didn’t mind that honestly.

I was thinking it was a different hotel that I booked. I realized I made a mistake when the Uber dropped me off. I was like ok, I'll make the best of it. Check-in was easy and quick and there's a deposit for the remotes to the tv and AC, no big deal. I had booked an executive room and I could tell it was remodeled. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the AC worked well and the water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. Exterior noise was tolerable nothing I wasn't able to sleep through. Not my 1st choice but I wouldn't rule it out for a quick trip since the price was great and it's clean along with the comfy bed.

Always a decent option downtown with inexpensive and updated rooms. It has good WiFi, warm water, security front door and friendly staff. It's not the most quiet location, but better than staying directly on Revolution. Worth the money in my opinion

Was my second stay at this property. On a side street off of Revolution. Right in the middle of everything. With all the club music all around my rooms have always been very quiet comfortable to sleep in. Safe and very secure location. Always someone up front. Excellent staff that are very helpful. Looking foward to my third stay.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with th great restaurants and many food vendors around, and shopping within walking distance.. Lovely breakfast room with coffee and tea. I really enjoy the terrace and the kitchen on the terrace. The views up there are spectacular and there are beautiful plants blooming. It's nice and cool up there.

Walkable location, it's good for short visit. The outside noise is present most of the time. From daily nightly music to daytime vehicles. Bed was comfortable, hot water and heat/air.

The safe did not work. They gave me two different rooms and neither on had operating safe. Loud noise at night from nearby night club that closes at 5 am. The rack rate at desk is 10$ night less than online booking. They have nice staff and good location

The room was clean and nice to have microwave and fridge in the room. The air conditioner was leaking water just on top of the microwave. The maintenance guy is nice but is the only one. Plus you need to ring a bell every time you go out and in.

It was good, hotel has an elevator, room was good, plenty of hot water in morning, Luke warm water in late PM. The only thing that was concerning to me as a solo female was that there was no looking hole on door nor latch to open door securely when someone knocks and you don’t want to open the door all the way. Other than that, it was all good

The burden learns more comfortable and clean. Showerhead plenty of hot water lots of pressure. Being on the third floor with no elevator could’ve been better. I am building a cabinet at 8 AM in the hallway with a hammer and a saw was not appreciated on a sleeping kind of day. It will do but it wouldn’t be hard to do better.
