「The house was set up well for traveling with a dog. The bathroom shower plumbing was a little concerning, but the privacy of having the whole place made traveling with a dog a lot less stressful than trying to stay in hotels.」

The host thinks 1 small portable ac unit downstairs and 1 small portable unit upstairs can cool off 4 additional bedrooms rooms upstairs, plus 2 bathrooms, and another bedroom downstairs, plus 2 kitchens a bathroom and living space.
