"The property is in a wonderful location on a beautiful island very close to St Petersburg and the Gulf beaches. The condo was clean but the furnishings are adequate, nothing fancy. The mattress is a bit soft. Not enough coffee and creamer for our stay and not enough soap in the bathroom. The price was reasonable and we were happy with our stay."

The condo complex and surrounding area were very quiet. We didn’t need to communicate with the manager but received all the info we needed prior to our stay. "The location was great. We loved the close proximity to the Fort Desoto beaches!!Also convenient to downtown St Pete. Condo complex was very nice, beautiful pool and on the water. The condo was very dark. The living room furniture was really sad. Chair covers were very dirty. Sofa had little holes in it. None of it was comfortable. Kitchen was ok. Bed was comfortable and was king size. I don’t think I would rent this unit again, but I would stay at the complex. "
