"Review asked: Was the airport shuttle easy to use? Answer: Had no idea the hotel had an airport shuttle. I don't remember it being advertised and certainly no one asked if we needed a shuttle when we checked out. We just took an Uber to/from the airport."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily book again. Highlights: Fantastic location — right in the heart of everything you’d want to see and do. Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked perfectly (a huge plus), and the TV included Netflix. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Robert at check-in was especially great — he kindly accommodated our request to switch to a room on the other side of the property without any hassle. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the servers were consistently friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Tanya for starting our days off on such a positive note. One small area for improvement: While everything was clean and the room was spacious, a bit of modern updating would really elevate the overall experience. That said, the comfort, service, and location more than made up for it. A wonderful stay all around."

"Honestly, it wasn’t even good for the price we paid. Everything was either stained, had holes, or both. Pillow cases that didn’t fit, walls, curtains and towels with holes, stained sheets, just to mention a few. The maid never properly cleaned the room and some of the staff were nice, others were not. I wouldn’t recommend it until they made all the proper updates the hotel needs, it looks like it has been left to rot for years."

"Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight. "

"What can I say…Wonderful location, wonderful staff, wonderful building, wonderful room, very safe location and great accommodation. The building has state of art QR code entry Security. With Virtual front desk keeping an eye on everything. Couldn’t have asked her anymore. Staff was incredibly responsive with any of my needs. Location is good restaurants, grocery stores and everything you could need within a block to two blocks walking distance. Thank you so much to this wonderful company for making my stay in Buenos Aires amazing. . I will definitely be coming back"
