Staff was great, clean room, wonderful location. I will say some bathroom fixtures need to be redone. Some were loose and some were just hanging by the screws barely holding on. Neither of these things will stop me from coming back

Our stay at the Howards Johnson Hotel in Venice was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A very special thank you to the manager for running such a smooth and guest-focused operation, and to the entire staff, both night and morning shift, for their kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help.
One of the highlights of our trip was starting the Legacy Trail right from the hotel. It made the experience incredibly convenient, and the ride itself was absolutely spectacular,peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable.
The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the positive energy of the team made all the difference. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

This place was OK. The rooms didn’t smell good, we rented two rooms and they both had issues, one of them smelled like sewer and the other one smelled like roaches. The beds were OK but the bathrooms needed maintenance.

The staff were great at problem solving , there was a problem with their network and check in. Just a word of caution. If you travel with a pet the room we were in was overwhelming with the smell of urine. The carpets should be removed and replace with tile . The stench was awful. Room 106

This is a beautiful resort. However, they will get you. If the room rate wasn’t enough, the charge $30 per day parking. Outrageous!! Head across the street to The Lighthouse, it is a much better value.
