「Good stay, nice clean villa 」

「L’appartement est assez grand avec une petite sympas et une énorme vu sur les terrain de terre mais très agréable à regarder lorsque l’on se lève le matin !!! Les propriétaires hyper sympas, accueillant et chaleureux ! Et surtout à l’écoute. Pour ma part ce serait avec plaisirs que je reviendrai juste pour l’appartement prévoyez une voiture !!! Vous serez sauvé. 」

「The location of the villa is great, just on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen but within easy walking distance of the old town (about 10 - 15 minutes). There were a couple restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. There is loads of street parking right outside and the view up the road is idyllic! The villa was cool and spacious, and the pool is in the sun all day, as are the sun loungers. Our only minor issue was cleanliness as we noticed long hair on the floor in many rooms, dust in the...

「As always we love these villas, clean, spacious and maids and pool staff friendly and helpful A light by BBQ would be really helpful especially during winter months when it goes dark earlier. Also maybe larger dishes (casserole) for oven as we like to cook some nights instead of going out every night (our stays are usually 3-5 weeks). Otherwise we just love it as it is 🥰」

Get the impression the service team care very much about their customers. Location is superb and plenty of space for family and friends. A shout out for provision of toilet paper. In over 20 years of staying in various villa accommodation throughout Europe, Ocean Club is the only provider to make sure of plentiful supply. It's Some furniture is a bit tired but...
