The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was comfortable and very clean! Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The restaurant was great, the chef made delicious meals, and the staff was wonderful. The shuttle arrived on time, and the driver was helpful. The reason I gave four stars is that the person who checked me in wasn't very welcoming and seemed unhappy when I asked her questions.

Although this property is far from any amenities, it was easy to catch Didi to get to places. Closest airport is PEK and an hour to Great Wall. This property is not in a walkable area to any shopping or dining. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was a full array of western and Chinese options. Food was top notch.
