"Banyantree Tianjin絕對把招牌放錯了建築物，完全沒有一點與Banyantree的特色連結，若一定要說有..就只有SPA,可惜了，又再次糟蹋了Banyantree的經典SPA,非常失望。 我們08/11住河東區香格里拉很棒，軟硬體服務具佳，08/12住悅榕莊，08/13住和平區的Ritz Carlton. 三個品牌都是世界知名品牌，也都傳承其該有特色，只有悅榕莊無法想像思考，請把我的名字列入它的黑名單吧！絕不會再回去住宿，可惜天津這麼有質量的海河沿岸被悅榕莊破壞了!"

"This is a good value hotel. It's about 300 metres from Tianjin South railway station so pretty convenient Staff are very helpful and friendly and it's clean and pretty well maintained. Like all Chinese hotels, unfortunately a no smoking sign means nothing at all but if you want to see China, get over this issue as quickly as possible. One "blip" on the first morning at breakfast when basically they ran out of food and an argument ensued between the chef and waitresses. Quite comical really...

"The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy. I didn’t feel welcome at all and it took forever to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, they didn’t give me fresh sheets throughout my stay nor...
