"I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. "We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable."

"Overall average property requiring maintenance. Good location, access road was in a poor condition with potholes. Extra mattress came without a bed with one of us sleeping at floor level on a very hard mattress. Only 1 bath towel provided despite 2 adults, 1 child in a room (this was provided on request). Breakfast was poor - limited choice. Bread was old and a slice had mould on it - we pointed it out to the staff. Instead of replacing it with a new batch, he said they receive it fresh every day. If this is the case they should check with their supplier! "
