    "I had a terrible experience at the double tree hilton-dearborn hotel. I arrived early on May 28th, 2026 around 12:00 p.m., I did an early check in and got charged a $25 fee which was fine. I got a room and went to see it. As I was walking, the property was dirty, the pool was filthy with so much film, and bacteria in it. As soon as I entered the room, it had towels on the floor, the bed not made , wasn't cleaned or touched after the person who was staying there before me. Mind you I was..."

"The worst DoubleTree hotel. It is more likely an Inn. Stayed there for two nights during the weekend. The bar wasn't even open. No room service at the evening shift. They didn't provide blankets for the pullout sofa bed. Hotel carpet was dirty."
