The room was lovely and the staff helpful but returning after 11pm to find nothing open, no room service and an empty minibar was ridiculous for a hotel of that size. I don’t expect to have to go out to get food when I’m paying that amount for a hotel. Also a lot of noise from outside, terrible soundproofing.

"Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu and individual cafetieres / French press available!! Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and cannot fault either. Parking charges £14 per 22 hours, every hotel overcharges in my opinion, if you arrive by car, you need parked. Plenty ..."
