The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were beyond welcoming and the location was in the heart of the town. I spent many hours analyzing our choices in the city and settled on this.
The hotel had a very nice boutique vibe - wish we had more time to enjoy. If we are back in Zurich this will be our one & only choice.

"We drove the whole day from Amsterdam to get to this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed with no staff available to help us. We had to drive back and look for another hotel late at night. This is the first time I have ever seen a hotel completely closed without any staff at all. ..."
