My room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I loved the location. I was in walking distance of many shops, food options, cafes and public transportation. The breakfast options here were also great. Everything was fresh and well prepared. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at NUMA Hotel in Zurich. The entire experience felt smooth and modern from start to finish. Check-in was simple and fully digital, which made arrival stress-free and convenient. The room was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt new and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days exploring the city. The minimalist design gave the space a calm and cozy feel without feeling too plain. The location was also a big plus, easy access to public transport and close enough to key areas in Zurich, making it convenient to get around whether for sightseeing, shopping, or dining. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, which made it feel more private and relaxing compared to busier accommodations. Overall, NUMA Hotel in Zurich is a great choice for travelers who value modern comfort, simplicity, and a hassle free stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

Zuma Craft was in an excellent location for touring Zurich. Pros - clean, modern amenities, private, adequate necessities, as shown in pic, close to train station (10-15 mins) - we booked large/kitchen. Cons - can get noisy at night, not enough large towels (store room not replenished even after we requested) air conditioner is a portable unit - literally 2 glasses !! - that's all for water wine etc. No toaster. Refused to upgrade us to an available larger unit even though we had paid MUCH more than the asking price of the larger unit on the day of our arrival (dynamic pricing they said) So book, but be sure to check back before yoyr booking is fully confirmed to see if it dropped as they won't do anything for you after confirmation regardless of the circumstances (found this lack of customer service disappointing).

Staff was great and breakfast was always amazing. Espresso machine available for fresh coffees and sparkling water on tap. Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. Thank you for the experience and hospitality.
