Generally speaking, I like this area (for work). Had a nice meal at a "Mexican Place" and then drinks at Vita Beer Bar, a nice open air venue.

Walking distance to market, independence hall, museum and other tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh. Room was clean but need some work on the bathroom door. Breakfast is good, 3-4 new items everyday.

Check-in was a little confusing as the rooms are part condo complex known as RiverGate Residence. Once our check-in was completed it was all good. Our host was very accommodating and super friendly.
