"There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded."

"We stayed in the Turret room and it was so cool! Two king-sized beds that were super comfy. The bed in the turret room was semi-private and the other one had a view of a tv. The bathroom was clean and nice. (But FYI there's a window to the room and you can see the person using the toilet from the room) It was nice to have access to the downstairs kitchen. We loved the neighborhood and how you could walk around to places to eat. There's a Chick-fil-A right beside the house, as well as many other local eateries within walking distance. Yet it was plenty quiet on a Saturday. I would have appreciated some decaf coffee as an option for the coffee maker downstairs. It was a tad confusing about where to park b/c the directions told us to go through the CFA parking lot to a back lot, and the CFA parking lot was closed. But since it was a Sat. we were able to park in front of the house for free. I think during the week you have to pay to park out front. Overall a BEAUTIFUL home and we really enjoyed our stay and have been recommending it to everyone!"
"This is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads.
The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. "
