"This is a great place to stay whether it’s for one night or for a week. Location is in the quiet part of town, but you’re near everything. We will definitely stay again."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a convenient location for shopping, restaurants and mins or so to the beach. The pool was lovely, some say it is too cold but it was very pleasant, possibly because it is so hot here at the moment! The room was so spacious and the bed, pillows and doona so comfy. The air con kept the room nice and cool. The staff were all beautiful. Drinks and food at the Cork restaurant were great. The only thing I didn’t like was the footpath works along the whole road which makes it tricky for walking around. But of course that is not the hotel’s fault. I’ll be back for sure. "

"Incredible hotel and vip experience. I got an upgrade to an executive suite which made our experience even better. Hotel is very well maintained and offers a modern architecture and contemporary look. Breakfast at Toro restaurant was incredible with plenty of choices and healthy options as well. Swimming pool is amazing and very large. Hotel offers a front beach area with plenty of space. I simply loved."

"Room with pool view was lovely. Very quiet area. Rooms really large and beds were so comfy. I could not fault this hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Only thing is that there were restaurants across road and you could not access them across the busy hiway. These restaurants should have service from Grand Palace to their restaurants. Could not order taxi for 200 m ride. It would benefit these restaurants as they were really good."

"We just loved everything about this resort. The pool is oceanfront. As is the restaurant. It’s just a beautiful hotel that is very well located along the beach. We checked out the Hyatt and the InterContinental hotels nearby, but for a number of reasons we decided to go back to this hotel. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly, and we give it our highest recommendation."
