"Amazing! Friendly staff, smooth check in, beautiful room, right by Old Leigh. We also ate in the restaurant where the service and food were both exceptional. So good, we booked to stay again."

"The most miserable place to spend time especially over Christmas. It was cold very uncomfortable sofa nothing was provided as one would have expected having paid over 300 a night during the four days at Christmas. Not even milk or water left in fridge completely stingy. I coffee sachet it was a money making benture only and left a bad taste. I had friends visit for a christmas drink we had to share coffee cups There was so much more to complain about. I shall continue this review later "
