"We had such an amazing stay at the Volve Hotel. We booked a room for two adults and two children and received a two room suite with a tiny common area in the middle and two bathrooms. Was super convenient and comfortable with children. Nicely decorated and clean. The staff is amazing! Super helpful and friendly, Walking distance to the BTS. Would definitely recommend the hotel."

"I’m an extremely critical person and do not spend money Willy Nolly. This stay was what I expected and more. The guy who cleaned my room couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating to my needs. Whom ever he was he needs a raise he was outstanding. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Clean, accommodating and polite. Will absolutely visit again!"

"Good location, easy access to food & transportation. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Shuttle service available to BTS. Overall value for money. However, bad experience with reception staff (Ms Yammy). She was unprofessional throughout the stay. Hospitality is about making the guests feel welcome - Yammy is verbally rude, no smiles & not professional when communicating. I speak fluent Thai so it wasn't communication issues"

"The hotel is clean and tidy, though the room is obviously dated and needs some repairing (e.g. towel hanger is loose; doors are chipped). The design is not the most updated (e.g. light switch system is not properly labelled). Air con system needs a better filter. Cigarette smell came into our room through the air con system. However, it was a pretty good experience staying in this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only 5 min walk from Thong Lor BTS station. Very close to a famous mango...
