「The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was a previously used bar of soap left behind, which was very off-putting. The wall heating unit was extremely dirty, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable turning it on and ended up keeping it off all night. The TV felt outdated, the walls had exposed nails with no artwork, and the carpets were visibly filthy. I will say the staff were kind and courteous, which I appreciated.
