「チェックイン中に蚊に刺され手を掻いていたら、すぐに痒み止めの薬を持ってきてくれたり。チェックアウトの時も家族写真を撮ってくれたりと気遣いが素晴らしい。ホテル内でスタッフの方とすれ違う度に微笑みと挨拶をしてくれてとても気持ちの良いホテルでした。」

「I had booked the urban cove and honestly, I was skeptical about it. However, when i reached, I had to admit, the apartment and the environment around the apartment building was splendid. My family had a wonderful time resting and enjoying the homely time.The customer service were fast and efficient especially when I had so many enquiries.So thank you for the wonderful stay @ Jasmine, Alice Aunty,Raju Uncle,&Joy brother you guys are amazing & great help.
