Cómo llegué en altas horas de la noche me quedé en la calle contactándome con ustedes para que me ayuden a solucionar. "The apartment was very convenient for us, including the parking because we left the car in the parking the whole two days that we stayed there and we just walked around the city. The apartment was very clean. The host was very responsive. My family and I would stay there again. Everything was as described, except for the Jacuzzi that wasn’t working in the apartment, but there is another Jacuzzi that we were offered to use. Thank you Chris!"

"What a special property. The grounds were so beautiful especially the 110 year old avocado trees that reminded us of live oaks. The staff was so wonderful, because they weren’t fully booked, they gave us our choice of rooms. We chose one with a spectacular view of Banos Pueblo below. Our reservation included breakfast and dinner which was excellent, lots of choices both local and international. We also used the spa, which was affordably priced and very nice. The pools and terrace cafe was an excellent place to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the Banos de Agua Santos area."

"This property is run by a lovely Ecuadorian couple, Elva and Jimmy. Everything was easy and smooth. We wanted to go whitewater rafting and they took care of all the details. It's in a neighborhood just below the hike/stairs to the Virgen viewpoint. It's very quiet and safe, but the setting was a bit more "in town" than I expected from the photos. The location, though, wound up being very convenient. We walked into the center of town several times but since we had a car, we also drove a few times. If you are with a group or just want to relax at the end of the day, there's a very nice social space where you could grab a beer or soda and hang out. Breakfast was delicious and included friendly conversation. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall. "

"The breakfast was fantastic! Johann is a wonderful and super helpful host! He went above and beyond to help us find places of interest and even gave us bath caps and towels to enjoy the thermal pools. Highly recommend!"
