"We spent ten wonderful days at Sunset House. The home is beautiful and well appointed. It was wonderful having two master suites. The views are gorgeous - especially at sunset when you can see dozens and dozens of birds flying to wherever they spend the night. The location can’t be beat - quick drive to multiple restaurants and the manatees at Three Sisters Springs. Unfortunately for us, the crazy cold weather meant we couldn’t enjoy the pool or much kayaking. Finally, Jackie, our host, could not have been more helpful and responsive. The Sunset House is highly recommended. "

"Our stay at Karen & Ives's private Gazebo was wonderful. From the moment Ives met us at the marina, he was welcoming & informative about the area & wildlife. The gazebo was very comfortable & full of everything we needed & more. We enjoyed the fire pit every night & loved seeing the manatees & dolphins swim by. Ives coordinated our swim with the manatees. "The home was perfect for my needs! Beautiful home on a beautiful property. The canal is right behind the house. The kayak launch is easy to use. You can't access the Gulf from the canal, so don't expect to bring a large boat right up to the property. There's no dock as the canal is pretty shallow. Fishing and crabbing is absolutely doable and I highly recommend this home for a relaxing trip for nature lovers!"
