"Nice and quiet. The house and surroundings were clean. Comfortable seating in living room. Nice to have use of utensils in kitchen for cooking. We would visit again!"

"Clara was sweet and quick to any question i had. The home was very clean and felt comfy and cozy a home away from home feel. We enjoyed every bit of the back yard , we like to explore. We went on a kayak paddle, and my son enjoyed catching fish at the point. We love this place , want to come back soon."

"The staff was very pleasant and very helpful the room was very nice and the location of the room looking at the bay from the front door of the room. Very affordable for the high quality of rooms. There's a bar and a restaurant right next to the water which makes it so convenient also the pool and hot tub was operating so that was a plus "

"This was the perfect little stay. We loved that it was right on the water and we could just sit and relax right on the canal. Rhe screened in “Tiki” area was so cute. The location was perfect, as it was near everything we wanted to do. And it was walkable to the best restaurant we tried in the area, Marguerita’s. We were so close to Blue Haven who took us out to swim with manatees!I’ve already recommended to friends and we will be back for sure!"

"This is the best place tp stay. Teresa and Daniel are the most gracious host. The room was so pretty and very comfortable. We loved the shower. The dock was a good feature to have, also. Had not been fishing in a couple of years and did catch a few. Would recommend the Lullaby B&B. And the breakfast was to die for. Yum, yum."

"This place is amazing. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat to take you to the island so you get a lovely boat ride included. We have stayed at many VRBO places and this place was amazing. The fridge was packed with food, drinks, juice. The dinner they provided was delicious. Many coffee choices and snacks. Had a fire near the river to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here again."
