Tom, the host, was a real gentleman and couldn’t do enough to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need readily available. A great place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.”"

"Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with good ensuite facilities at a great price. Restaurant has excellent dishes at good prices and the bar serves a good range of drinks again at good prices. A Continental Breakfast is included and there is no cooked breakfast option. The only drawback is the lack of a lift and one or two floors are a bit unveven but to be expected at over 400 years old. "

"We just had a great stay at Jackdaw Cottage! Our two dogs settled very well and enjoyed exploring the big garden.It was great having Knighton centre/shops in a short walking distance, but also being in a quiet location. We only live about an hour away but it was a break from home which we all thoroughly enjoyed."

"Situated in a lovely peaceful spot with fab views. The cabin was extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay even down to cotton wool pads! The hot tub was a super addition to the property! I would definitely recommend this cabin."
