「Rooms and facilities were clean and very well equipped. Staff was excellent and friendly. A variety of shopping and restaurants in the area. Great spot to walk and enjoy the vibes of downtown Miami. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night before our cruise so we did not have a chance to see the beautiful pool area. We will definitely be back if we are ever in midtown.」

「We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay.」

「We stayed over the Easter Weekend. The room/space was alot bigger than we expected. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We had an excellent and easy check in experience. The hotel's location is very good if you want to explore the downtown and plan to go to the Kayesa center. We would have liked to use the spa and exercise space, however we ran out of time. The shower curtain had the smell of dampness that lasted too long. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and would uss this Flow location...
